We need a beach party episode,

Tofu and Bronesto’s Hella Rad Beach Party Episode, Where Everyone Is Invited Unless  You Are A Lame Anime Nerd, In Which Case We Will Flex On U

When OL Akira Kazuraba unwittingly overhears about a massive series of coverups at her workplace, Yggdrasil Inc, she’s conflicted between blowing the whistle and staying quiet to keep her job.
However, when she finds out about Yggdrasil’s plan to use the Beat Rider teams as human experiments, she decides that she can’t stand by and let her little brother Kouta be sacrificed in the name of corporate progress.
After stumbling upon an experimental lockseed, Akira uses it to protect the Beat Riders (as well as the citizens of Zawame) from both invading Invess as well as her own company’s Kurokage Troopers, taking on the name “Armored Rider Gaim” after her younger brother’s dance group.

warm up doodle that really was just me wanting to draw an alt universe where Akira got the lockseed and not Kouta because we sure as hell don’t get to see much of her after the halfmark of Gaim
think about it tho: Akira the OL having to hide the fact that she’s Gaim from both her employers and Kouta, discovering her totally hot boss and his somewhat derranged head of R+D are up to No Good Shenanigans, etc

I was going to draw a comic featuring Ma Tofu (whose sass level is five thousand times higher than mine) that originally had her head as a book (because my ma’s an author)
but then I thought that wouldn’t make any sense since that wouldn’t match the computer head I draw myself with, so I changed it.
Ma Tofu’s head is based off an older TeleVideo ASCII monitor, as I based my comp head off an Apple II.

Commission I did for gps-device of his yet-unnamed godlike being! I decided to give them a new outfit as well.
My commissions are open! If you’re interested in getting one, please check out my commission post!

I really enjoyed working out the human clothes that this character would wear, as they usually wear something a bit more fantasy-style. : D

I stayed up till 5 AM last night so I felt kind of garbage this morning
as everyone knows, doing comics and illustration stuff on your own is tough, especially when you mostly interface with the people who like your stuff through the internet. It’s even tougher when you’re not quite as successful or “popular” as you’d hoped, no matter how hard you work, so sometimes it feels like you’re creating into a void.
That’s why I’m glad that this happened today, since really it’s the IRL support of the kids I work with (who’ve watched me work on my stuff, or who’ve found my comic online) that motivates me to keep tryin’.
(sidenote I’ve been trying to keep the swearwords to a minimum in M-Zero-Oh but there is some minor blood and robot on robot violence so I’d probably not suggest that very little kids read it)
